Agreement Between You and X Gothic

    A contract is formed between you and X Gothic only once we have received full payment and sent you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. Until then, no contract exists between us.

Our Right to Decline Orders

If your order is declined after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. X Gothic will not be liable for any additional compensation or inconvenience caused.

Order Cancellation and Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 2 working days after placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.

Return Conditions:

  • If the goods have already been delivered, you must return them unused, in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.
  • Custom-made or special-order items (e.g., tailored gothic pants or exclusive designs) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation, once returned items are received and inspected.
  • X Gothic reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs if returned items are damaged or incomplete.

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe shown at purchase.
  • Ownership of the goods transfers to you once the order is delivered. After delivery, the goods become your responsibility.
  • Delays caused by courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances do not make X Gothic liable for damages or losses.
