Return & Refund Policy
All X Gothic products are made to order. Returns for replacement are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs.
We do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or sent in error.
Refundable Items
You may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You notify us within 2 working days of receiving the product.
- Returns, replacements, or refunds are requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- All shipping and handling costs for returns or replacements are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the fault is ours.
- If an error was made by X Gothic, we will reimburse your shipping and delivery fees.
- Photos of the defective area must be sent to support@gothicpants.com before any return is authorized.
Note: Items purchased during Black Friday or limited-time sale events are not eligible for refunds.
Size-Related Returns
We strongly recommend using our size guide before placing any order.
If you believe your item runs small or large, please contact us at support@gothicpants.com within 2 days of receiving it.
Our team will guide you in resolving any sizing issue; however, incorrect sizing due to buyer error is not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Made-to-measure, customized, or personalized orders.
- Products purchased on sale or discount (unless defective).
- Orders canceled after shipment has been dispatched.
- Customized leatherwear or garments made specifically for an individual.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Bulk orders of more than two products placed simultaneously (to discourage trial purchases).
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Return Request – Email support@gothicpants.com with your name, order number, and product images (if defective).
- Our support team will respond within 48 working hours to review your request.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your security. - Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund or replacement status.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
