Welcome to X Gothic — where every piece of dark fashion is crafted with care and delivered with precision. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle deliveries, exchanges, and related logistics.
General Shipping Information
All orders at X Gothic are processed and shipped from our manufacturing facility after undergoing strict quality checks. We ensure each gothic pant and accessory meets our craftsmanship standards before dispatch.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all standard orders within 15–20 working days after confirmation.
Please note:
- Working days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, customs clearance, or product availability.
For custom-made or pre-order items, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery, as these items are handcrafted specifically for you.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
For international exchanges, customers are required to:
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
- Return the unsuitable product for a refund following our return policy.
Please note that custom duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with an exchange (excluding custom-made items).
You can process your exchange in one of two ways:
- Fastest Method: Place a new order for your preferred size or color, then return the original item for a refund.
- Standard Exchange: Send the item back to us for replacement; once received and inspected, your new item will be shipped out.
Typical exchange processing takes a few days up to two weeks, depending on how long it takes for the return to reach us.
Combine Shipping
If you plan to exchange an item, you can combine your replacement order with additional products.
This allows you to pay shipping once for all items — making the process faster and more cost-effective.
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to our return center. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- The Reason for Return
- Description and photos of any defect, if applicable

Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (extended to 30 days after Christmas for holiday purchases).
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- All items should be odor-free, clean, and neatly folded in protective wrapping.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us in satisfactory condition.
Note: For customers outside the USA, please mark all parcels as “Returned Goods” on customs documentation to avoid additional import fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, made-to-measure, or engraved items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturing fault is found.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable unless defective.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
Include your order details and images of the issue.
If confirmed as our fault, X Gothic will cover all return and reshipping costs.
Shipping Responsibility
While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, X Gothic is not liable for delays or damages caused by:
- Courier errors
- Customs delays
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer
