🔄 Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel.
- Final sale / clearance items.
- Gift cards.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Gothic Pants is not liable for lost return packages.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
